Booking & cancellation policy

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Babysitting has a 2-hour minimum. Swim appointments are limited to 60 minutes. A 30-minute travel buffer is reserved after every appointment and is not billed to the customer. Cancellations and rescheduling should be requested as early as possible.
